AEB/HOUSING INFORMATION
All Region #2 competing and non-competing Sweet Adelines must purchase an All Events Badge (AEB). This will entitle you to attend all the events scheduled for the weekend. All AEB prices are in US funds only. Ticket Prices: ALL EVENT BADGE (MEMBERS) $50.00 ALL EVENT BADGE (NON-MEMBERS) $55.00 SINGLE TICKET - QUARTET CONTEST $25.00 SINGLE TICKET - CHORUS CONTEST $30.00 LATE AEB ORDERS (MEMBERS) $55.00 LATE AEB ORDERS (NON-MEMBERS) $60.00 AEB’s will not be sold at the Registration or Boutique area this year. Single tickets will be sold in the lobby of the Performing Arts Center 1 hour prior to the beginning of each competition. DEADLINES Regional Forms for AEB’s, Audio/Visual, RMT breakfast and housing must be postmarked by February 20, 2009.(This is a corrected date-the Bulletin passed out at Fall Regional incorrect) All orders postmarked after that date will be considered late and the late prices will apply. All forms will be mailed to Presidents/Team Leaders in December, 2008. All forms will also be available on the Regional Website (www.sweetadelinesregion2.org). There may also be forms coming from International that may have a different deadline date. NOTE: PLEASE COPY THIS BULLETIN FOR EACH OF YOUR CHORUS MEMBERS. |
