HOUSING INFORMATION
Lodging/Headquarters Hotel Reservation requests for non-sleeping rooms, i.e., breakfast, dinner, hospitality, etc. cannot be made until after all Regional room obligations have been met (approximately November 30, 2008). Your President/Team Leader will be notified by email when reservations can be made. All prices listed below are in U.S. Funds and include state and hotel taxes of 14%: Room Rates per night: U.S. & Canadian Chapters All rooms (Single, Double, $125.00 + 17.50 (Tax) = $142.50/Night Triple & Quad) We will be using a Regional Registrar again this year. Rooming lists as well as credit card authorization forms will be sent to your President/Team Leader in December 2008. PLEASE DO NOT make any reservations directly with the hotel for sleeping rooms. Parking is complimentary self-parking throughout the perimeter of the Hotel. Valet Parking at the front entrance to the Hotel is $15.00 per day with in/out privileges. All competitors are required to lodge at the Hyatt, which is the headquarters hotel. If an overflow hotel is needed, you will be advised. Bulletin #2 will be distributed at Winter Regional Weekend, 2009. Bulletin #3 will be sent to Presidents/Team Leaders in March, 2009.
